The property is conveniently located off of Cloud Springs Rd. and has easy access to Costco, I-24 and I-75. No noisy breezeways or neighbors above or below you, with upfront parking right at your door! Our application fee is $39 per person that will be living in the home that is 18 years of age and older. We accept service animals and ESAs with documentation from physician. Must gross three times to the monthly rent amount to qualify income. Utilities are separate, trash and monthly pest control is included with the rental price. The security deposit is one
